How It Works
We offer for sale mostly used AV equipment, which we test before selling. There is no warranty implied or offered on used equipment, unless the item retains a manufacturer's warranty, in which case it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pursue this directly with the manufacturer. We therefore do not accept returns on equipment unless it can be demonstrated that the item was faulty prior to purchase. Damage in transit is not covered unless AVGo was delivering. In the case of items being collected from our warehouse, once collection has been completed AVGo will no longer bear any responsibility for damage or faults with the item. New equipment will carry the relevant manufacturer warranty and this will be stated.

The equipment listed for purchase on our site is mostly used and we therefore do not offer any warranty, other than in the case of the equipment being new and sourced directly from the distributor or manufacturer. We will give a full and honest appraisal of the item's condition when listing it for sale and buyers are welcome to inspect the items prior to purchasing by contacting us. We do not imply or offer any warranty on used items for sale.

How We Do It
All items for sale are for collection only from our warehouse in Isleworth, TW7. We may offer delivery for an additional fee at our discretion so please ask if you aren't sure. Some smaller items may be listed with a delivery option, in which case the delivery cost will be listed.
